Terms and Conditions for Booking -
1. Pooja Confirmation and Pujari Assignment
Once your pooja booking is confirmed, it will be performed by the designated pujari assigned to your booking.
If you wish to change to a different pujari, please note that this may not be accommodated. Any such request after confirmation will not qualify for a refund.
2. Pooja Attendance Limit
Once a booking date is confirmed, it cannot be modified or rescheduled.
Each Abhishek Pooja booking allows a maximum of 5 attendees.
3. Identity Verification
After payment is completed, on the day of your booking, devotees are required to provide identity details for verification purposes.
Identity details, such as a masked Aadhaar card (showing only the last four digits), can be shared with our designated pujari via WhatsApp for identity verification.
Failure to provide identity details may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Dakshina (Offerings)
The amount paid for the pooja booking is accepted as Dakshina (offering) for the service performed by the pujari.
This Dakshina is a voluntary contribution and reflects the devotee’s respect and gratitude for the rituals conducted.
5. Independent Booking System
This booking system is independently created for the convenience of devotees and has no affiliation or relationship with any government entities, temple trusts, or other organizations.
All services provided through this platform are managed independently, and the platform operates solely to assist devotees in booking pooja services.
6. Right to Modify Terms
The website owner reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
Continued use of the website and its services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
